Terms of Service

Calcly is a product of and sold by Rock Software Oy, a company registered in Finland ("we", "us", "Rock Software"). These terms apply when you create a Calcly account or use the Calcly service.

1. The service

Calcly lets you build interactive calculators and embed them on your own website. You are responsible for the content of the calculators you create (the questions, formulas, and result text) and for how you use the data your calculators collect from your visitors.

2. Plans and billing

Calcly offers a free plan and paid monthly subscription plans, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown exclusive of tax; applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and no further charges will be made.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge, no questions asked, through your account or the support page. Refunds are processed automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Calcly to collect sensitive personal data (health, financial account details, government identifiers), to deceive visitors, to send unsolicited communications, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

5. Data

You own the data you and your visitors enter into your calculators. You can export it at any time and you can delete your account, which deletes your calculators and submission data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and why.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep Calcly available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Calcly is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will not apply changes that materially reduce your rights to your existing paid subscription without notice.
